How can I complain about and return an item?

1) Returns

Note in advance: As can be read in our terms and conditions you have the rightto cancel the contract within 14 days without giving reasons ( For details, please see the right of withdrawal section on our page " Condition of use, Right of withdrawal").

  1. Send us an email to  to cancel your contract. To do this, you can download the sample cancellation form and send it to us by email. Another option is to send us an email with the wish to cancel your contract and enclose the completed cancellation form with your return.

  2. Please send your return with sufficient postage to the following address:

  3. After receiving and checking your returned goods, we will refund you the purchase price paid via the payment method you used.

2) Complaint

We are very sorry if you may have received defective or incorrect goods. If you would like to complain about your order, please proceed as follows:

  1. Please send an email with your order number and photos (if there is damage) or missing part number the assembly instructions to

  2. We will contact you as soon as possible by email and discuss how to proceed with you.

  3. If you have not received a response from us within 3 working days (Monday - Friday), please contact us again. We may not have received your email with attachments.
